In an announcement today, the Bosch company has revealed a new line of high performance solar modules to the public. The Bosch M60 – a 260 W silver module and the Bosch M60s – a 255 W black module are the newest in a long line of product introductions by the company.

According to the company, the use of a new highly transparent encapsulation film and new anti-reflection coatings for the front glass ensures higher output than traditional modules. In addition, a new, innovative, cell connection technology with large cross-section reduces the series resistance. What this does is ensure greater light transmission and utilization which also bumps up the output.
We welcome the sturdy new extended mounting area that enables vertical as well as horizontal module mounting. A higher bearing capacity of up to 5400 Pa adds a strength and flexibility to your system that is unheard of.
